Come with me and let me share with you the amazing places that this province can offer...
Marinduque is a heart-shaped island between Tayabas Bay in the north and Sibuyan Sea to the south. It is separated from the Bondoc Peninsula in Quezon by the Mompog Pass. Some of the smaller islands to the northeast are Polo Island, Maniwaya Island, and Mompong Island. The highest peak in Marinduque is Mt. Malindig (formerly, Mt. Marlanga), a potentially active volcano with an elevation of 1157 meters.
Let's START HERE..GO! GO! GO! ........
BE CAREFUL ..JUST RELAX AND ENJOY
THE RIDE!!!
"My Lady your beauty is above all..." The giant image of Our Lady of Immediate Succor stands proud at the Balanacan Port in Mogpog Marinduque. Balanacan is the entry point for passengers going to Boac and the low lying areas of Marinduque. This giant image proclaims the faith of the Marinduqueno.
Witness the scenic, 1-km long, fine white-sand White Beach in Poctoy, Torrijos. It is probably the one of the best beaches in Marinduque and is one of the most frequented beaches in the province. It has a magnificent view of Mt. Malindig, and the outlaying coral reef with its clean and clear waters is very good for snorkeling.
Sulfur Spring is situated in Malbog, Buenavista, Marinduque, beside the dormant volcano, Mt. Malindig. The Spring si composed of three different pools: the kiddie pool, the pool for the adult, and the pool where the sulfur spring can be found. From the spring, the water flows straight to the other pool. Sulfur, based on the traditional medicine, is believed that it can be used for medical skin treatment most especially for psoriasis, eczema, and acne.
